Sol & Jaye: 72 Hours to Kreative Confidence
A Kreative Kickstart Case Study
The Challenge
Jaye came into the Kickstart carrying self-doubt, hesitation, and creative procrastination. She knew she had the skills…waist beads, herbal blends, teas, soaps, candles, intention jars, costumes, accessories, incense, and performance art but she wasn’t fully leaning in. Sharing her work online felt impossible, and self-comparison kept her small.
From the start, it was clear she had the power. She just needed space to step fully into it, and the permission to play with her alter ego, Sol. She wasn’t looking for a magic trick. She needed a push, a container, and someone to reflect back what she already carried inside.
The 72 Hour Transformation
During our one-hour session and the follow-up 72-hour actions, Jaye began exploring Sol as a creative identity and anchor for her multi-medium expression. We worked on journaling and reflection to uncover blocks, visibility exercises to test boundaries, and skill integration across her creative mediums.
Affirmations like “I am Sol, I am creative, I am amazing” became her anchor, reminding her she didn’t need permission to show up.
The moment we stepped into nature as our alter egos, fully embodied, was transformative. Showing up as Sol wasn’t about being perfect, it was about being the energy. She realized she could literally be the change she wanted to see.
“I don’t have to be perfect to start and I’m magical on my own. Coming out to the park and embracing Sol helped. Even changing my name on Facebook helped me feel it in my body.”
Challenges popped up, of course. Posting on social media, stepping into visibility, and wrestling with self-doubt tested her. But Jaye met each challenge intentionally. She upgraded her phone, mapped her creative skills, reflected on past projects, and leaned into feedback. Imperfect action became a practice, not a problem.
Shifts and Learning
Watching Jaye embrace Sol taught me a lot about myself too. I realized showing up fully, even in small, playful ways, is transformative. Holding space works best when communication is clear and assumptions are dropped. Protecting your creative persona allows you to expand safely and authentically. Tiny, intentional actions build momentum faster than waiting for perfection.
She knew her power from the start, but she wasn’t fully leaning into it. Watching her rip the band aid off inspired me to lean into my own life, advocate for myself, and improve how I show up in the world.
Results and Momentum
By the end of the 72 hours, Sol was alive and fully active. Jaye began posting, experimenting, and showing her work without fear. Affirmations and playful action became part of her creative rhythm. Momentum shifted not just in her work, but in her confidence and willingness to show up in the world.
She started seeing how peer feedback and intentional movement could create real progress, no matter how small the steps seemed.
Takeaway for Readers
The Kickstart works because it meets you where you are and helps you step fully into who you already are. It’s not about a tool or trick, it’s about uncovering the power that’s already inside. Tiny intentional actions, reflection, and permission to play will shift the “not enough” narrative and help you build real momentum.
Jaye’s journey reminds us that showing up fully is the point. There will always be people who notice, people who don’t, and people who are baffled. That’s okay. What matters is that you show up for yourself, protect your energy, and allow your creative self to lead the way.
